We consistently strive to ensure the highest quality of services provided. This applies to both diagnostic tests and analytical measurements performed during scientific research. Modern equipment, regular maintenance and calibration, as well as system suitability test performed daily (SST) are the basis for the efficiency of work, which, combined with daily internal laboratory control, guarantees the reliability of our results.

The Masdiag Laboratory also participates in inter-laboratory proficiency testing programs:

Taking into account legal regulations and requirements imposed on medical laboratories, Masdiag Laboratory has established, documented, implemented, and maintains a quality management system that enables it to meet the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 15189:2013-05 standard.

Constant monitoring of the quality management system, quality control of the tests, and continuous improvement through internal reviews and audits guarantee the high quality of our services.
